    Aphra The Co-founder, Aphra is a dynamic force in the media world with a rich portfolio of achievements. 

    As a seasoned producer, she has worked on many productions including finding the winner of the BAFTA nominated first series of The Rap Game. She has been instrumental in developing TV shows, including documentaries and formats for major streamers around the world, digital shows for platforms like Snap Originals and Channel 4 Digital, and creating viral content.

    Aphra has worked across the media landscape, as an integral part of the video department at global publisher Future PLC, during her time there she worked across development, helping secure commissions at broadcasters in the US and online publishers. She was an instrumental part of Futures senior leadership working group on AI, overseeing research and integration of AI tools in to the company’s video workflow - allowing for an increase in content production. She art directed the rebranding and launching new content strands for the 12 million subs brand Truly. Aphra's film work has garnered recognition, with official selections at BAFTA qualifying film festivals and winning awards at independent film festivals. 

    Aphra is an innovative and creative leader in this space. Her diverse skill set and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of Pence’s mission to shape the next generation of media companies and people that work for them.

    Harvey Copson is a dynamic agency CEO specialising in creating standout Talent & brand management through strategic creative partnerships, influencer marketing, and content strategy and premium shopping experiences that drive results.

    Harvey has an innate ability to weave storytelling, partnerships, and community into every campaign and activation. His approach transforms talent & brands into cultural moments, ensuring they resonate with the right audience in the most impactful way.

    With a career rooted in entertainment and television, Harvey has managed talent at iconic events like Hyde Park British Summer Time and toured with global stars such as Madness and Grace Jones. He went on to produce hit TV formats including Too Hot to Handle, Ex on the Beach, and Made in Chelsea for networks like NBC, MTV, and Channel 4.

    This extensive experience in entertainment, sales, and content production has given Harvey a unique ability to build social and in-real-life brand moments that captivate audiences, amplify culture, and deliver measurable success.

    Beyond business, Harvey’s journey is shaped by his working-class roots and deep belief in equality and fairness in opportunity, without ever compromising on talent or quality. For him, it's not just about making noise; it’s about telling the right story to the right people, in the right way.
